Our experienced approach is to develop a comprehensive training program for our sales representative. We incorporate client-provided materials coupled with C1C core curriculum including proprietary gatekeeper negotiation, soft and hard selling skills and customer service insights.
We have developed a rigorous three-level process that all sales recruits will follow when they join the Connect1 Corp. team.
Level 1 includes screening and background check aptitude, multiple choice
and code of ethics testing
Level 2 includes client-specific training, job shadowing, market assessment,
product/service basics & competitive overview
Level 3 includes in-field sales training with Inside and Outside Sales Team Leads;
Sales IQ training and a rigorous product/service review
Finally, every C1C. employee participates in mandatory quarterly training to ensure the fundamentals are top of mind. The outcome = superior sales subject matter experts.
